Association philosophy
We connect the Japanese concept of “learn and work” with countries around the world (Asia), and foster human resources to play an active role across national borders.
～Building win-win relationships and making people who work across national borders happy～
As the population of Asian countries are aging, “training of caregiver” and “repatriation of human resources” are being promoted in Japan. There is a movement to support the spread of Japanese style caregiving as well as the introduction of IT into caregiving.
However, various problems have arisen, and it is imparative to promote human resources development and employment with a transparent and sound system both in Asian countries and in Japan.
Based on our philosophy, our goal is to contribute to society by constructing a solid and transparent system of overseas repatriation of human resources as workers gain experience and skills.

Business Cooperative of Professional Carer Development is a cooperative association that is constituted with elderly welfare associates, IT related business associates etc who have different industry backgrounds.
In January 2018 (Heisei era 30) we added the “Expansion of the area and joint acceptance of foreign technical intern trainees project for association members” to the articles of incorporation, and with the approval of the Kanto Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry and Shizuoka Prefecture, we diversified our management.
* As of February 2021, we are preparing to apply for permission to Organization for Technical Intern Training for the joint acceptance of foreign technical intern trainees.
In this 21st century globalization, the benefits of cross-cultural communication are immeasurable.
We believe that accepting the positive intention of technical intern trainees to acquire skills in Japan will not only contribute to personnel exchanges and international contributions but there are also many things that all employees of the association members could learn from the dedicated attitude of technical intern trainees.
With the cooperation of all the association members, we will make efforts toward the realization of the technical intern training program.
