Our business activities
Aiming to make international contribution
Technical intern training project
We are preparing to develop technical interns in partnership with sending organizations accredited by the Vietnamese government. We will also expand to ASEAN countries, not only with the aim of Japanese style caregiving education and employment in Japan, but also to contribute to the societies in each country with human resources in long term care.
International student project
This is a free employment placement service for international students. We match international students seeking an employment opportunity in Japan with companies accepting them. By utilizing the local network, we select and introduce international students who have received basic related education before entering Japan.
Specified skills project
We support matching foreign workers having specified skills in long term care and have passed required examinations or those who have completed technical intern training in that field and have the status of residence as a specified skilled worker with nursing homes seeking an immediate work force leading to a smooth transition for both parties.
Group purchasing project
Jointly procuring materials from overseas, mainly from Vietnam makes it possible to obtain sufficient amounts of materials at lower cost. We secure the necessary number of essential items such as masks and medical gloves, which were challenging to obtain when needed and these prices had soared over the last year in Japan.
Education and training project
Association members go to nursing homes, schools, and sending organizations in Vietnam and the Philippines as a training visit. By actually seeing the current situation and listening to the voices of local staff, we can exchange opinions and build relationships with each other, which is useful for improving the environment of long term care facilities and the education of caregiving both locally and in Japan.
